COVID-19 FAQs

When are you reopening?

In line with the latest government guidance, we will be reopening on 18th July. While photo studios have been allowed to open since 15th June, we have taken the extra time to finish building our second studio, and to ensure that we have all the measures in place to keep everyone safe. We’ve been so grateful to everyone who has booked in with us so far and supported our small local business. Don’t forget you can book online, or give us a call on 01727 809 140.


I have an outstanding order with you, when will it be ready?

We understand some customers who placed orders before lockdown have unfortunately had a long delay and our top priority is to ensure we fulfil all outstanding orders as quickly as possible. Once we reopen, we will be in touch with you to update you on the status of your order and give you a timeframe for when your order will be ready.


I have an appointment that I booked with you before lockdown, what should I do now? 

Once we reopen, we will be in touch with everyone who has appointments booked in the coming weeks, as well as those that were unable to take place due to lockdown.


What has Photographic Synergy done to ensure my safety?

The health and wellbeing of our clients and our team is of the utmost importance to us.
Using the government guidance, we have undertaken a COVID-19 risk assessment to ensure we can work safely and keep you safe when you visit us.

We have put in place a range of special measures to keep everyone safe once we reopen, these include:
• We’re staggering all our appointment times to minimise any overlap of clients on our premises.
• Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting high contact areas between each appointment.
• Social distancing guidance and signage throughout our premises, taking all reasonable steps to maintain the 2-meter distancing where possible.
• Hand washing and sanitation facilities available.
• Keeping staff numbers on the premises to a minimum. 


Can I book a photoshoot with friends and/or family who don’t live with us? 

As per the current government guidelines, you can meet in a group of 2 households (anyone in your support bubble counts as one household), in any location ‒ public or private, indoors or outdoors, so we are happy to book photoshoots in line with this guidance.


I have a photoshoot experience gift voucher that has now expired – can I still use it?

If lockdown has meant you haven’t been able to use your photoshoot experience gift voucher before it expired, please don’t worry as we will be more than happy to extend your voucher. Please contact us to discuss.


I entered your online competition, when will the winner be announced?

We will be announcing all our online competition winners very soon.
